REFUND TERMS
Refunds are made in the U.S. Dollars only and only to the credit card, which was used to make the payment on our web-page. If the currency of your credit-card is not U.S. Dollars, then your issuing bank will make an automatic currency exchange to your credit card currency. The bank may deduct a fee for currency exchange, which we cannot compensate.
Refunds are made only for purchases made on our web-page. We do not undertake any liability for any other costs that might arise to you or have arisen regarding other services. The refund is made to the payment card used for the initial transaction.
If you have applied for a new travel authorization ESTA Refund can be requested in 2 cases:
- The application has not been processed and submitted to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service;
- The Travels Authorisation has been denied.
If you have use our service of Check Status of ESTA Application, Refund can be requested in 2 cases:
- Status of ESTA Application has not been processed;
- The ESTA application has not been found or ESTA application expired.
To request a refund, please send an e-mail to our Customer Service Centre to the address indicated on our web-page: [email protected], providing the following data:
- Date, when the purchase was made;
- E-mail address you indicated in the application;
- Your name and surname;
- The last 4 digits of the credit card number the payment was made with;
- Reason for the refund.
In case the customer submitted application has been processed and submitted to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service, the Refund terms is not applied.
If the refund request is in accordance with the Refund terms the refund will be made within 24 hours. Funds will be transferred to your payment card immediately after being processed by your bank. Usually the refund takes 10 business days.
In case your application is denied, funds are automatically transferred to your credit card.
In case of any inquiries or uncertainties, please contact our support service team. www.travelusaesta.com, is a private entity not related with the US government and we do not make a decision on granting the travel authorizations, it is only under discretion of the United States Customs and Border Protection Service.
